A walk in the park!

Yesterday my amazing husband bought me the SB-600 speedlight flash for my camera so of course I practiced all day with it! I know I have so much to learn but the best part about all of this is that it is so much fun learning everything there is about photography. I took Khloe (my chocolate lab a.k.a my furry child) for a walk at the park that is near our house and these are just a couple of pics I took with my new flash!

This sunflower was just perfect, I like how there is still a little depth and if you look real close you can see a bee on the top right of the seeds.

I love how blue the sky is in this pic, I don't know if it has anything to do with the flash but I think it turned out very cool!

I can't say enough how very blessed I am to be able to take pictures and especially to have a family behind me supporting me in my crazy new adventure with photography!

Maternity

This was my first Maternity session and I had an absolute blast! The pictures are of my sister-in-law/ niece Autumn. We intend on doing another shoot when Dad isn't working!
